That's A Crappy Picture you say???? Because the sun is too bright? Because I've used my stoneware too much and now its seasoned? Because I haven't cleaned the grill on my brick outdoor BBQ? Because I haven't landscaped yet? Come on, which one is it?! Well here are my excuses to all of them:
- The sun is too bright because it is FINALLY shining here in this little SW Washington town. However, we did break the rain record. For proof go to: http://www.tdn.com/articles/2006/02/09/area_news/news13.txt
- Now that's not fair. Stoneware is supposed to look like this when its been well used, and I wouldn't bake in anything else but stoneware.
- I haven't cleaned the grill on my outdoor, custom-made by nice Hispanic men, outdoor grill because its frickin' been raining ALL WINTER!
- Now I don't really have an excuse for this one, I could have landscaped last Spring & Summer, not sure what I did instead....so....you've got me!
Enough about the picture, I have finally gotten one comment on my blog and I was sooooo happy about that. Thanks! Well, I'm going to go eat that coffee cake, it sure smells good!
Here, here for the sunshine. I came extremely close to packing up and moving to Arizona, during the 29 day rain. And it is supposed to be about 60 tomorrow. Life is good!
ReplyDeleteSo how did you put those links on the side? I suck at this!
ReplyDeleteDid you say Arizona? My husband and I have talked about moving to Green Valley, AZ for a decade. Everytime we go there we say, "We should move here." The only problem is, as my second post says, I don't like temps over 90 degrees!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment! I have Photoshop 4.0 and am learning to fix it. I wanted the picture to look that way to show the sun that is finally shinning here. I've heard its only come out for a total of 24 hours for 49 days. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI know just what you mean about finally getting a comment! I'm so glad you stopped by and left me a note.
