CameraDawktor's Salsa:
8 Large Roma Tomatoes
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Lime, juiced
1/2 Large Sweet Onion, chopped
1Tbsp. White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Bunch of Cilantro, de-stemmed
chop the following peppers:
1/2 Pasilla
1 Jalapeno
1 Serrano
1/2 Anaheim
1/2 Red Hot Chilli, fresh not dried
1/2 Green Bell
1/2 Red Bell
1 Yellow Bell
Directions: You can prepare this by hand but it takes 2x the time and effort. On that note, In a food processor combine all ingredients. Pulse for 40 seconds or to desired consistency. Refrigerate overnight. Makes approx. 6.5 cups. This salsa is mildly warm, not hot. For hotter salsa add more of the peppers.

Stop with the food pictures, your making me drool over my keyboard. On my own now, I need to get some of this stuff down. you wouldn't have a copy of grammies' zucchini bread recipe would you...or maybe strawberry-rhubarb pie?

alison koh- click on the link in my post that says peppers. It will tell you other names for each pepper and substitutions you can use in place of specific peppers. You may be surprised but I bet you could find most of what you need. The main peppers would be the bells, jalapeno and red hot chilli. I'm certain you would have all of those in your market! Thanks for posting.
